The Seekers Class

The class began as a young middle-age couple class at the church on Third Street. Dr. James Morrison was the teacher for many years and Bill Dodd served as teacher in Dr. Morrison's absence.   As the members grew older and some became single, the class was named the Odd Couples Class.  When we moved to the new church on Elm and 15th, the class was renamed The Seekers Class. Bill Dodd eventually assumed the teacher role (moderator, as he calls it). It is now open to anyone--married, single, old or young--anyone who is seeking the truth.

The Wire Word Sunday School Class

The class meets every Sunday morning in the Education wing.  We are a young adult class, studying scripture in light of current events.  The Wired Word curriculum applies the Bible to stories ripped from the headlines.  "Bring your lessons and discussions to life ... and make them more relevant to modern Christian living ... with The Wired Word — the easy, automatic way to weave current events into your weekly Bible studies."
